Volunteers with Dial Wood

Without the help of trained volunteers, Dial Wood could not operate. Any one can become a volunteer and we offer full training - whether you have any horse experience or not. There are various jobs that need doing at each session - catching the ponies from the field, grooming the ponies, preparing them for the drive and harnessing up, being part of the turnout as a head holder or assistant for the disabled client.
Over the last 12 months we have increased our number of volunteers and are now able to usually run both our turnouts at the same time.
